What to include

When you contact support, please include:

  • Your device type, such as iPhone, iPad, Android, or web browser.
  • A short description of what happened and what you expected.
  • Whether you were playing Solo, Daily Word, or Online PvP.
  • For Online PvP, whether the issue involved creating, joining, resuming, or finishing a game.

Privacy

Please do not send recovery codes, payment information, or other sensitive
personal information in support emails. TileTilt support may ask follow-up
questions if more detail is needed.
